The purchase of any travel services offered by NINTA TOURS constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and NINTA TOURS, and represents your acceptance of the NINTA TOURS Terms & Conditions set out here-in. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
BOOKING
Client may do the booking of any travel services by phone, website email, filling the online reservation for or do direct booking at one of NINTA TOURS agencies. A booking is accepted when the Company has confirmed its acceptance in writing and issued a confirmation invoice. NINTA TOURS will not take any responsibilities for the different rate or information given by the agencies. Client needs to review and verify the booking confirmation letter. NINTA TOURS should receive client acceptance confirmation letter to purchase the required invoice.
CHANGE BY NINTA TOURS
The company motto of NINTA TOURS is Make Your trip a truly enjoy Based on this motto, Ninta Tours has the right at any time to cancel or change any facilities, services or prices described in our website and to replace alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value or charge additional fees locally if alternative arrangements cannot be made without compensation to clients because of the prevailing local conditions or other reasons. Where major changes are made before departure, clients can choose:
- Accept changes and alternative arrangements with or without compensation to the client or by returning the price difference.
- Cancel the tour and get a full refund.
CANCELLATION BY NINTA TOURS
Based on the above program, NINTA TOURS has the right to cancel the tour under any circumstances (such as weather and sea conditions or force majeure) beyond our control with or without prior notice. Where we cancel before departure, a full refund of the total fees paid will be made. Or we will change the tour schedule elsewhere if agreed, the Client will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the tour. If a walking tour is interrupted by circumstances beyond our control, the refund amount must be calculated with what is considered a fair proportion of the cost of the tour. NINTA is not responsible for compensation or other costs incurred by clients caused by cancellation trips.
INSURANCE
Client must take out suitable travel insurance in order to take part in a tour organized by Ninta Tours. NINTA TOURS doesn't provide any insurance. Client is wholly responsible for arranging their insurance adequate cover for medical expenses arising through illness or accident during the trip and loss of holiday monies through cancellation and curtailment of the holiday for insurable reasons.
FLIGHTS
All departure and arrival time provided by the airline are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance requirements. Ninta Tours is not liable if MAR there is any change to the flight schedule. Ninta Tours is not responsible for any losses suffered if client delayed and misses any flights.

- During the booking, may ask 50% deposit or Payment (non-refundable) prior to each guest or group arrival to hold confirmation booking
- Cash payment or Full Pre-Payment is required should be done in a weeks before the guest arrival, AND FOR GROUPS will be done 2 weeks before arrival

- Land and sea travel services require full payment in advance

Client will receive the invoice of all travel services after all the bookings confirmed by Ninta Tours and third party who will in charge as the tour operator. Reservation will be automatically cancelled if deposit is not received by Ninta the deposit due date. Payment of the deposit indicates client have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Client is able to pay the invoice using the IDR, USD, AUD, SGP currency, through OCBC Bank or Western Union Transfer, or Cash Payment at one of Ninta Tours of staff/team. Any cost charged by bank or other extra cost caused by the difference currency should be paid by client. Client will receive a voucher for all travel services and the due date for the rest invoice mentioned. Ninta Tours should receive the amount for the rest invoice 1-month prior travel date. For any booking received less than 1-month prior travel date, client must settle full amount of the total travel cost.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Ninta Tours. Cancellation charges will be applied as below policy:
- 1 week - days, 50% of total travel cost.
- 3 days of travel, 100% of total cost.
